Meanwhile her Mark Burnett-produced series scheduled to premiere in mid-2010 on MTV was put off because of The Hills. Patridge therefore appeared in The Hills more than any of the other actors. Patridge first made an appearance in The Hills before landing a part on Into the Blue 2 The Reef. It was released on DVD on 21 April 2009. Patridge's appearances included Mad TV and Do Not Disturb. Sorority Row the film released on September 11 in 2009, was shot between October to January 2009. In August of 2008 Patridge was chosen to play Megan. Patridge was featured in Carl's Jr. television commercials in 2010 and 2012. The actress denied reports that she'd play a character based after her Hills co-star Lauren Conrad when the film L.A. Candy based Conrad's novel came out.
